Wednesday, March 14 was National Pi Day (as in the mathematical constant that is the ratio of any Euclidean circle's circumference to its diameter--π). In celebration of this day, the
Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society sold slices of home made pie for
$1.00 during each lunch. The opportunity is used as a fundraiser for the club. Ms. Dawn Foley, math teacher at AHS, serves as the Honor Society's sponsor. Thursday, March 15, 2012
