Final exams are in sight and the end of the 2011-2012 school year is
just around the corner. This week Aynor High students began taking their
state-mandated end of course exams (EOCs) for English 1, Algebra 1/Math
for the Technologies 2, Biology and US History. Final exam schedules
are as follows: Senior exams: 3rd and 4th block exams on Friday, May 25; 1st and 2nd block exams on Tuesday, May 29; Underclassmen exams:
1st and 2nd block exams on Thursday, May 31; 3rd and 4th block exams on
Friday, June 1. Many teachers are preparing students with an extra
"push" for their exams by holding after school study sessions. Ms.
Altman, who teaches Algebra 1 at AHS, held her after school session on
Monday night, May 21 from 7 to 8 p.m. and greeted over thirty eager
students. The Blogging Blue Jacket is your source for information on Aynor High School. Sign up to follow our blog at the bottom of this page and have blog posts e-mailed directly to your inbox. Save us as a favorite, and check back often for updates. GO BIG BLUE!
